Return & Refund Policy — Cool Car Parts

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect vehicle selection, fitment issues resulting from improper installation, or change of mind.

Please confirm your vehicle year, make, and model before ordering.

The Only Exceptions

We will replace your item at no cost if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

To make a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days, or without photo documentation, cannot be processed.

Approved claims are resolved by replacement. We do not issue cash refunds.

Not Covered

  • Damage caused during installation or removal
  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification
  • Normal wear from use
  • Items installed contrary to our installation guidance

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins. Please review your design proof carefully — we produce exactly what is approved.

Installation Notice

This product requires removal of the factory airbag module. Professional installation is strongly recommended. The buyer assumes full responsibility for proper installation. Improper installation voids all claims.
